They recently donated breakfast sandwiches for the Northern Virginia NF Walk, and they were a massive hit. The food was fresh, hot, and completely fueled all of our participants and volunteers first thing in the morning. You can always count on them for amazing food and top-tier service. They officially have customers for life! Highly recommend them if you want delicious food and great service!

Apparently, crispy chicken is nonexistent in NOVA. I gave this location three chances, and all three times were a complete letdown. Every single visit, my fries were soggy and extremely oversalted. The biscuits were decent, but the chicken—the main reason I go to Bojangles—was a major disappointment. The fried chicken was soft, the Chicken Supremes were soggy, and my Cajun Filet Biscuit lacked any crunch. To make matters worse, the gravy wasn't even white; it was a lumpy, clearish-grey mess that looked like glue. I’m in Northern Virginia for a short time, and as the only Bojangles within a 40-mile radius, it was my go-to thought whenever I missed home. I won't be returning. On top of the poor food quality, any trace of Southern hospitality is entirely gone—the drive-thru is powered by an AI computer taking your order instead of a real person. My heart is broken. I really miss true Southern cooking.
