  Completely ridiculous customer service. I walked in with my own empty cup just asking for some ice. Instead of a polite answer, one of the lady the employee next to drive through window literally screamed '.57¢' at me. Charging 57 cents for plain ice in a customer’s own cup is petty enough, but yelling it at someone is completely unacceptable. Between the terrible customer treatment and past experiences with the food, I walked right out. I feel sick to my stomach, terrible experience. I won't be back. Go to the Chick-fil-A right down the street instead—they actually know how to treat people. Don't reply with an ingenuine apology—there is no need. Instead, talk to your employees about proper customer service.

  I always like the lean roast beef rather than the greasy hamburger, however Arby's has been adding too much salt lately which is not good for my blood pressure. Also Arby's roast beef sandwiches never had lettuce, tomatoes or pickles so I usually brought the sandwiches home to add those ingredients on my own before consuming them. That's why I don't sit at their restaurant to eat the sandwiches, except when I travel and can't get the lettuce, tomatoes & pickles before I get to Arby's restaurants. I really like the Horsey and Arby's sauces, rather than mayonnaise and ketchup, I always get extra bags when possible to use them at home.

  One of a very few fast food options where what you get looks like the pictures on the menu itself. Very tasty and the app gives you good deals on a weekly basis.
