  Never has hot frappes Could be any hour of the day and the machine needs cleaned. This is the 7th time.

  Pick a different McDonalds this one refuses to do their job correctly. Every time I go through This McDonald’s and I use the mobile app they mess up my order and whenever I try to get my order corrected, they play it off like it’s not a big deal. The first time I had an allergic reaction because they gave me the wrong type of soda and when I called to tell them about it, they laughed at me then when my son ordered a sandwich with add-ons that cost extra and they were left off. They were annoyed that I called about it when I had that sandwich fixed. It took 30 minutes to fix the sandwich which was just a triple hamburger with onions and ketchup because they had put so much ketchup on it that it couldn’t even be picked up but since I was in drive through they didn’t expect me to check and come inside. This morning I went through to get breakfast and they took 20 minutes to give my son an orange juice that basically just taste like water stating that they had to replace the orange juice Even though it was a mobile pick up order so they had the order ahead of time. when they did the remodel at this location they should’ve just torn it down and left it down.

  Long waits at time. I've been here before but this time, there were SOOO many people inside waiting extremely long for their order. With the new design, there's nobody up front, and if they are, they are unexperienced and unable to help. So slow at processing orders. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was griddle well though. Made up for it, lol.
