  I bought a 55-dollar Tomahawk steak today with a package date of June 31st. It's August 21st, and the steak was prepackaged and listed with a June 31st date—almost two months ago. I was excited to buy it because it's Friday night, and I wanted a good dinner. I got home and opened the package, only to find a two-month-old steak that was rancid throughout and filled my entire house with the smell. So, I went back to Martins and showed the meat guy the steak. He told me he'd get another one from the back. He came out with a new Tomahawk steak, opened the prepackaged one in front of me, and clearly showed and smelled that it was rancid. He looked at the steak, showed me the package date of June 31st, and apologized, saying he was going to call his manager. The manager showed up and walked right past me. I stopped him because I had been waiting, then explained what happened. All he did was laugh and said I had to go to customer service before going to the meat counter. The manager was mad that I talked to the meat counter first, and when I finally went to the customer care counter, the manager laughed again. I said it was unexpected and gross that they would try to sell a two-month-old steak for $55. This store should at least have better management, so our locals don't get poisoned and ripped off. The manager even asked me if I'd like to step outside. Would not recommend rather go to wall mart

  Because some jackass decided to make the salad bar containers as CHEAP as possible the top broke off and spilled my entire $25.00 salad all over the floor. Only the 2nd time the container lid was moved. Charge more for everything but make it all cheaper for the company. UP YOURS MARTINS CORPORATE!!!

  I used to like this location but the staff has made it terrible. My last trip will be my last trip for good. A kid working in the self checkout named LANDON was incredibly rude and very ignorant to everyone this trip. His name calling, eye rolling, & whole demeanor was uncalled for & unacceptable. I was beside myself watching him treat people like this & honestly held myself back from taking matters into my own hands…
