  We use this spot to grab a quick coffee while RVing south from New York. They have a huge roundabout in front of the Dunkin no parking but they don’t mind if you’re running and grab your coffee so certainly big rig friendly. Atmosphere was good. They were quick.

  Service is absolutely horrendous. Lazy workers with terrible attitudes. Went through the drive thru at this location and asked for 10 boxes of 10 munchkins (work related). And the young lady with tattoos on her neck says “we don’t have enough. We only have enough for two boxes”. I’m like okay I’m not from here do you mind telling me where to go or which one is the nearest.. Told me “, nope. You’ll have to find it yourself…you’ll have to google it”. Something told me to go inside … sure enough… there was MORE THAN ENOUGH munchkins. They made my 10 boxes and still had enough for 10 more. Lazy lazy lazy. I asked for the manager and she said “she’s not in”. Gave me the name Alissa. Alissa, give me a call please. The lady who helped me was professional and handled the situation well. The lady who was at the window says, however, slammed things around in the background. I never address her, though I knew it was her. I did not want an escalated situation, I wanted responsibility, service and to purchase what I needed. I experienced an inconvenience and I’m disappointed with the childishness and laziness of the staff

  Visited this location this morning and the experience was nothing short of horrible . My son has his 5th grade SOL today and wanted a donut for good luck ( I know not the best breakfast but anything to help ease nerves ) I stood in line for 10 minutes with not a single we will be right with you , good morning , have you been helped nothing silence as every employee look at me while waiting . I visit this location here and there but will gladly drive out of my way to visit the other Stephens City location as they dare often busy they will acknowledge you . While I understand you are busy maybe at least acknowledge your customers . We didn’t purchase anything due to never being help .

  This is a store that should either be shut down or hire a new staff, because the current employees are terrible. I waited inside the store for over 10 minutes just to be served, while the staff walked around as if they were at a spiritual retreat. The store was packed with customers waiting inside, and the drive-thru was pure chaos!

  Baahahaha it was the girls first day and she was NOT ready (got a couple orders wrong) but she was so sweet. Good luck girlie ! It’ll get easier ☕️ The person with the cute light blue nail polish had big boss energy and was very patient, informative and helpful. Thank you :)
