  To be honest, food isn't always the freshest and there is also a lack of friendliness at the drive thru about 95% of the time. I also don't mind waiting for fresh food items but when you're waiting and still the items you purchase are underwhelming and then the customer is made to feel as though they are bothering/ interrupting the staff, it really don't make customers want to return. There is not many fast food places in town and choices are limited on where to go and with that being said, if other places would happen to open up, I feel this business would be stressed. A simple hello and smile, an apology when things aren't right, a little energy to feel welcome isn't much to ask and would go a long way. I hope to edit this to a more positive experience in the future.

  To whomever that owns this restaurant. Please spend a few dollars and renovate your furniture. Look at the picture. Do you really want to have torn up seats at your restaurant?

  The Arbys at the Stephen’s city location is extremely clean for a fast food restaurant. Everyone that works there is super friendly and accommodating. Yes, sometimes there can be a short wait but that’s because some items are made fresh when you order them.
