  Overpriced and can't get an order right and then instead of giving me a refund for the item they decided to substitute without my approval they give me a free code for breadsticks that I'll never order, imo stay away

  We ordered a personal pan pizza, wings, and cheese garlic sticks. The personal pan pizza was supposed to have two toppings, but unfortunately it arrived with the wrong toppings. Even though there was a mix-up with our order, the food was still very good. The wings were flavorful, the cheese garlic sticks were delicious, and we enjoyed our meal overall. We hope they’ll pay a little closer attention to topping requests in the future, but we’d definitely give them another try.

  Ordered online, and had free cheese sticks. I redeemed my cheese sticks and it said it was added to my cart. Got there and they told me they ran out that's why I couldn't get them, yet the app didn't tell me that otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. It's pretty bad that I watched them pull my pizza out of the oven, but got home and had to put the pizza in the oven because it was raw. There was barely any sauce, and the toppings were so sparce I should have just gotten cheese and saved some money. Always loved Pizza Hut but this location is doing it all wrong. I won't be back.

  Their was a hair in the pizza. I feel sick to my stomach. Never ordering here again!
