  Just stopped in here for a bite and the kiosk didn’t print my ticket. The worker was so helpful, insisted on printing a ticket and brought my food to me. Just great service and they were pretty busy. I appreciate it.

  Everytime I come through here there’s new people and the order is never correct please having a constant turn around so people actually know what there doing when I come through

  This lady didn't have a badge so I don't know her name but I witnessed her being extremely rude to people so instead of ordering from a cashier, like I usually do, I ordered at the kiosk. I know lunch hour can be frustrating because I've worked for McDonald's!When my order was ready, I politely asked for a tray because I ordered "dine in". She asked me why I needed a tray. I reiterated that my order was "for here" and she huffed and rudely slapped the tray on the counter while being visibility mad about it. I did nothing at all to be snapped at like that. If she can't handle being civil at a customer service job, a truck stop is the wrong job for her.

  It makes no sense at all to leave customers waiting in line while the workers just stand a stare at a screen. I’ve worked in the fast food industry. No sense of urgency nor common sense.
