  This location has gotten ridiculous. The drive-thru regularly backs up toward the road because they seemingly can’t take more than ONE order at a time. one car orders, goes through, gets their food and leaves before they even take the next order. Going inside isn’t any better; we’ve stood there with 30+ people for over 50 minutes waiting on simple orders. Then after all that, there’s seemingly zero quality control. Order a 4-piece chicken nugget kids meal and somehow THEY FORGET THE NUGGETS. How in the fresh hell do you forget the main item in the meal?! Mistakes happen, but when it’s constantly ridiculous wait times, missing items, and severe understaffing, it’s not a mistake anymore it’s how the place operates. I honestly feel bad for the employees who do show up because management clearly isn’t giving them what they need to run the place. This location desperately needs staffing, oversight, and some basic quality control. Nobody should need an hour to get a Happy Meal just to find out they forgot the damn nuggets.

  Despite having previously taken my complaints to higher management this McDonald’s is still a horrible location. The service is horrifically slow and terrible. You’ll likely get snubbed by the staff and if you hope to get help at the counter, just don’t. I understand being understaffed and poorly managed but I also understand that the customer experience matters. A simple acknowledgment of the customers waiting 20+ minutes for already mediocre fast food will likely go a lot further than just letting them stand there. The problem gets worse knowing that the service is inconsistent. It’d be easy enough to just choose a different McDonald’s if I knew it was going to be a poor experience every time. Yet, somehow, depending on when you go, you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes or you can be there for 45+ minutes. There is no in-between and it depends solely on who is working.

  20 minutes for a plain cheeseburger and a chicken wrap, and had time to watch 3-4 people order at the same kiosk *after me* and get served before me. Kinda defeats the purpose of eating fast trash

  Food was far from fresh , It was a ton of people who were waiting for their food so you would think the food would be fresh; because why are they waiting… on food duh! I ended up being a customer waiting for more than 10 minutes and I wasn’t upset because I just knew my food was going to be fresh.. and I was wrong.. the fries were hard and cold and my spicy chicken nuggets were soft and hardly warm.. very disappointing.. Do better!
