- YPYaneli gonzalez perezSep 12, 20263.0abby and lena are always so good to me and the rest of their customers. always behave well and act professionally. service is always amazing. food was made fresh and everything was good. the only thing that i noticed is that they were the only two TEENAGERS working. that should not be allowed. they have no supervision and the hot ovens and dangers are a serious risk there is also weird homeless people around dunkin and all this can be dangerous to these teenage girls. dunkin please do better and have an adult in the building to instruct and protect these underage employees. this should not be allowed at all.

- CLCassandra LeeSep 9, 20261.0The gal was nice, so I'm not knocking the service. What I received while tasty, was unacceptable. I ordered the Biscoff sundae, no whip. They were out of the biscoff icecream, so i got to choose a different one. My cousin ordered a two scoop sundae. There's about $3 difference between the two. I got the same amount as she did instead of what is being advertised. When I brought this up, all they offered was to make it again. I asked why it was made that way to begin with instead of how it's advertised, and she said they got a video in their work group chat to make it in the small cup (two scoop size) instead of how it's advertised. I also didn't receive the full cookie that's supposed to be on top. This is highly unacceptable. There should be no advertising if they're just going to make it however they want, AND they should not be charging $9.09 for the same size as a two scoop ($5.99). Dunkin' needs to regulate their stores better, franchise or not. If it's advertised, that's what cusomers expect. We expect to get value for our dollar, and this experience was not that. Again, tasty and I did eat what i received, but in doing some research, I saw pictures of how it should have been made. Not good business.
