I showed him on my phone exactly what it is that I wanted to order from the app and he walked over to another coworker didn’t explain to him that I was just trying to order the gentleman came over and was like what’s the problem ma’am and I said nothing I just need to order and then he was able to complete my order. I came back inside because I forgot chips and he made another comment about what I was wearing. Just very odd behavior.

I asked for just a little extra steak and was charged the double-meat price. What I received still looked like a single portion — not enough steak for what I paid. The server was rude and pushy about the upcharge instead of simply adding a small amount as I requested. I ended up paying twice as much for essentially one serving. The meal was fine; the opening time, the portion, and the way it was handled were not.

My bag busted before I even got home. The food got thrown in the bag & smashed up. Had to ask them several times to get my order correct. Smh just an overall HORRIBLE experience!!!!!

When it goes through that way, it does not show up on the receipt and that is what they go by, even though you can clearly see by your total that you paid for extra food. They will not give it to you. Want extra get it when you pick up you food.
