  I go to Chipotle all over the country at least one time per week, as I travel for work every week. Chipotle is my and my family's favorite, even over full service restaurants because of the fresh, tasty and very fast food. I came to this location for the first time, disregarding the reviews. Now, I walked in almost 20 minutes after the store opened and went to the restroom to use and wash. It was totally filthy, and the soap dispenser did not function, but was full of soap. Sanitizer was empty, which tells me the soap dispenser didn't work for a while. I checked the women's restroom after inquiring about anyone inside. Same story. Filthy, soap dispenser not working and no sanitizer. I walked next door to wash and came back to order. After returning to order Chipotle food and standing in line behind 2 people for about 10 minutes and watching the lack of expedition by the staff and customers looking at each other wondering why this is happening, I did not make it to ordering phase and walked back out and ordered food next door to eat in some kind of timely manner. Won't be back and will start paying more attention to Google reviews. These bad Google reviews go back for countless months which tell me the owner does not care. Thanks Google for the truth.

  The lady that is in charge of heating up the food was extremely rude. Although, I am conscious that with fast food service you aren't always going to get the best service, this was beyond that entirely. Also, I was given tin foil for a lid.

  1st time eating at this Chipotle and I was very disappointed. The rice was hard and a piece of it got lodge in between my braces. Not only that but I place an online order and when I got the the food wasn't even made so I had to wait until the nice lady made my order. She piled my bowl up the way I wanted but the rice was undercooked.

  I don’t recommend coming to spend your money here. The older lady at this location is known to under portion the proteins. We ordered a bowl and had maybe 6-8 pieces of chicken when a standard size should be 4 ounces. When we asked her for a little more she refused and said she won’t because that’s normal. After we paid another customer came up to us and told us that this is a common occurrence.

  I go in. This tall skinny old greying haired white guy mumbles something. I say howdy I just want a burrito. He abrasively replies hang on I’m checking the temperature on the burrito shell toaster. He proceeds to the rice, cleans the prep line with a towel then wipes the thermometer with the same towel before proceeding to the beans. Wipes prep area, cleans thermometer repeatedly until all “hot” foods are done. By now a younger man is helping me. I knew I should’ve walked out and just starved but I just worked 15 hours on an empty stomach. My burrito other than the shell was cold, chicken was charred, beans were over salted, rice had really hard uncooked grains in them. THE WORSE CHIPOTLE IVE EVER HAD. I TRAVEL A LOT; BEEN TO dozens of Chipotles. I probably will never visit another Chipotle for a long time.
