When my husband spoke to the manager he aggressively said "what do you need?" Then proceed to throw the bag at him once the order was complete. Keep in mind, this was our first ever visit to a Bojangles. Food was great, though!

My husband ordered $15 of food from them and got the wrong order, I called them last evening with no answer. Called today and they won’t give him another dinner because we can’t find the receipt!! The manager said we could be lying, we hardly ever keep a receipt especially from fast food!! I just wonder how many people they are doing wrong!!! We aren’t even asking for the money back, just the dinner!!! The district manager is Caleb and the manager is Earl, they said this came from the owner!! What kind of person is this greedy!!
