The food isn’t terrible at this location, though I am willing to make the trip to better locations over 20 minutes from where I live. The service is what takes me for a loop, a short black girl with black and blonde braids and a forearm tattoo greets me with no smile and no hello. “Picking up?” with the nastiest stare. I had placed my order 10 minutes before that and on the screen inside said my order was ready, though in reality it was not. The entire interaction following that was rude as hell and she’s literally 16. All I did was enter the store to pick up my food. If you hate your job so much, quit it and find a new one. The least of your worries is that you have school tomorrow. Wingstop, find a better and more obviously loyal employee.

I placed an order on a Saturday night. A girl by the name of Evalyn was unprofessional. Each week I make an order, and because there is no option for any notes, each week I have to call to ask if they can cook it well done or extra crispy. Tonight i ask foe the same. Simple. She said. She cannot make modifications?? Excuse me? There is no modifications. I simply asked if it can be well done.
Long story short. She refused. I asked doe supervisor. There is no supervisor. Manager or any leadership on any shift.
This is NOT how you run a business. I will be sending a complaint to corporate. As this is not the service I expect when making a simplee order

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered through DoorDash specifically because I’m pregnant and was craving their ranch. My entire order was very simple—carrots, extra seasoned fries, and TWO ranches that I paid for separately.
Not only did my order arrive without the ranch (which was the main reason I ordered), but the bag was sealed, so this was clearly missed before it left the store. That’s unacceptable, especially when customers are paying extra for items.
To make things worse, I called the store to try to resolve the issue, and after explaining the situation, I was put on hold for 14 minutes… only to be hung up on. No resolution whatsoever.
This level of service is frustrating. If items are paid for, they should be included, and customers should not be ignored when they call for help.
What can be done for this .. as I’m not getting to someone over the phone?
