First and foremost, NEVER order delivery from this Pizza Hut. They use DoorDash for their delivery service and more times than not there are missing items and if you’re ordering through the Pizza Hut app, there’s no way to deliver feedback to DoorDash in order to correct the issue. They need to stop using a third party for their delivery service if they ever want to improve their service rating in that regard. To be clear: it’s out of Pizza Hut’s hands if you order through a third party (though they could still try to ensure the orders are picked up on their entirety), but when ordering on the Pizza Hut app itself, there’s no option for delivery directly by Pizza Hut employees - they automatically send it out to DoorDash. Pizza Hut: DoorDash does not care about customers’ perception of your business, the drivers have next to no incentive to go above and beyond to help you when your customers are interfacing with the Pizza Hut app and not the DoorDash app. But that’s not the only issue. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I know that when you put too many topping on a pizza, it’s likely to under-bake and you have to partially run it through so that it cooks properly. This store clearly doesn’t know that, particularly with their meat lovers and supreme pizzas: they’re consistently underbaked in the center. Additionally, the pizzas often aren’t sliced thoroughly so you end up just ripping slices apart - combine that with a soggy, undercooked pizza and the effects are…quite messy. Usually you end up with half a slice and all the toppings still left in the box. If you need to grab a bunch of pizzas real quick for a party, it’s fine: keep it to basic and order carry out - not delivery. Their wings are fine, and actually their melts are very good: they have a consistently crispy texture to them with no burnt edges and cooked well. And despite my criticism, their staff has ALWAYS been friendly, polite, and courteous. They just need to improve their quality control and if they continue to use a third party delivery service, they need to do everything they can to ensure the order is correct and all items are picked up.

Used to have a visceral dislike for ordering here but the new manager (Ava) has turned this place around. She's made sure my orders are perfect, have alerted me if the order I placed in the app couldn't be made and presented options, and was even able to make a diabolical personal pizza I ordered that had half the menu on it. Happy to order from here going forward.

I had a desire for pizza and decided to pick one up from pizza hut. I don't eat much pizza anymore because of lower quality and cost. A "large" pizza now days is the size of a med pizza back in the day. Ordered half supreme and half pepperoni lovers. Pepperoni lovers used to mean lots of pepperoni but as you can see in the picture, looks like a normal pepperoni. The supreme well was not apparently they did not have green peppers...looks like alot of other things missing. I do thank them for reminding why I do not eat pizza much. Costco pizza fresh is like what pizza hut used to produce. Price well I spent 31.35, pizza with a small soda. Of course with VA paying themselves through high taxes...The pizza was not very good. How does a pizza place not have ingredients for a supreme pizza on a Friday? That's kind of your job... Not the first time pepperoni lovers was not. Thanks pizza hut for the reminder.

Apparently the store was out of every item I ordered and instead of contacting me for a refund or substitution, they just gave me whatever they deemed fit. For example: instead of a pan pizza they subbed a hand tossed (pan is $4 more expensive, and charged me that) and all the drinks were substituted to diet pepsi (gross). When I called they refused to refund any money or make the situation right in anyway. I've requested that the store manager call me back multiple times to no avail. The staff at this location is absurd. I will go out of my way to avoid it at all costs. You've been warned.
