  I think this location took coming in #6 on the list of worst McDonald's in the USA as an insult and are trying for #1. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and waited 20 minutes. Was finally asked by the employee working the counter what I ordered; she checked twice and then asked me for my receipt despite telling the kid in front of me that receipts weren't printing. I gave up and said I'd just eat the 8 bucks and went to a different location (my kid was hungry and I had promised him McDonald's). Believe the reviews, this place is awful. Edit: Hey McDonald's, I can't use that link because it requires a receipt number and, as stated, I don't have one.

  I want to REALLY emphasize the incompetency that runs rampant through this specific location. I have visited this McDonalds countless times, and each time I find myself waiting 45+ minutes to get food that I DID NOT ORDER. I have sat at the last window and received probably 4+ orders that were not mine, until I FINALLY receive what I order. The kicker? I know they cannot take the food back once it’s been given to me, but I did not want any of the incorrect orders, so that food ended up in the garbage. Potentially $50+ worth of food just down the drain. This McDonalds is not only incompetent in their service, but they are most definitely losing money daily. I would fully recommend an employee cleanse and re-do. Do NOT visit this location if you’re hoping for a quick meal - you’d do better visiting a 5 star restaurant. Waiting 45+ plus for an overpriced fast food meal… yeah, just head out to Fredericksburg for a 45+ minute meal that will actually be worth your time and money.

  This McDonald’s deserves zero stars! The line is always long because it takes forever for them to get the food out. On top of that, the employees are rude for no reason. I asked for my receipt, and the employee told me she couldn’t give it to me. The food isn’t any better. I understand it’s fast food, but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fresh. The nuggets I ordered were stale, and they always seem to say the ice cream machine is broken. Overall, the service is terrible, the wait times are ridiculous, and the food quality is disappointing. I would not recommend this location!

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever ordered from. Absolutely nothing you order is correct. The McDonald’s will blame DoorDash for not checking, but DoorDash isn’t the one that deals the bag. The McDonald’s employees seal the bag. As far as the DoorDash driver knows the order has been fulfilled. I have complained many times about this location and I feel that they either need to fire their entire staff or corporate should pull the franchise license. Enough is enough!

  Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE service. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a McDonald’s in my life. I waited OVER AN HOUR for my food, only for it to NEVER arrive. Meanwhile, I watched at least 20 PEOPLE who ordered AFTER ME receive their food before me. How does that even happen?! When I finally asked the manager for a refund, she told me she couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have a receipt. EXCUSE ME?! I ordered through the kiosk, which DID NOT provide me with a receipt, so apparently I’m being punished for a system that I have absolutely no control over? The manager’s attitude and the way this situation was handled were completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not have to wait over an hour for an order that never arrives, only to be denied a refund when I ask for help. The lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service at this location is honestly embarrassing. DO BETTER, McDonald’s. This is absolutely ridiculous, and management seriously needs to reevaluate how this establishment is being run. I wasted over an hour of my time and paid for food I never even received. I will absolutely think twice before returning to this location. SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TIME, AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
