  Ever since this McDonald’s has opened it’s been the worst in the area. Consistent long wait times, horrible service, and poor food quality. Managers and regular employees will see you waiting at the front counter and choose to ignore you. I should not be getting my food at 2:50 when I placed my order at 2:18 and arrived at the restaurant at 2:30, that is more than enough time. On top of that I have to come inside to pick up my curbside order. Be better.

  If I could give it zero Stars the service the food the atmosphere is straight trash this place needs to be shut down every time I come to this specific McDonald's for my wife I get upset the reason is because I already know what's going to transpire before I even arrived point blank don't come to this location go to the garrisonville location for best service

  Thought I'd try McDonald's for the first time in months. Whoa, bad choice. My experience at this location will keep me away from the franchise for a long, long time. Here's what went wrong: -every table was dirty from previous meals (every single table) with food, trash, table # tents. -a significant portion of the menu was not available for order, including all fountain drinks, and most chicken options. -the wait for food was about 35 minutes. The restaurant was not super busy. The employees were moving in slow motion. I saw one customer leave before getting his food without even bothering to ask for a refund (no employee presence behind the counter). -the food did not come as ordered. It was both incomplete and terrible quality. The burger patties had hardened around the edges as if they'd been sitting in open air for a long time. Here's what went right: -the employees successfully counted ten chicken nuggets for my 10 piece nugget order. McDonald's corporate: you need to get some experienced management in this place and clean house from top to bottom. Replace the entire staff. They are not doing what you (and us customers) are paying them to do.

  Approx. 50% of the menu was out of stock. Workers were understaffed and under equipped to handle the most simple of orders during dinner hours. Customers were seen wiping their own tables to have a clean place to eat. Falling behind on orders can and will happen, but being understaffed, under equipped, and largely out of stock is textbook absentee management by either the store manager or the franchise owner. A prime location next to a popular gas station right off the highway should be a prime target for increased sales, but this current management is unable to take advantage due to their blatant ineptitude Highly encourage McDonalds corporate to take a look at this store to either refresh management with McDonalds standards or rescind the franchise ownership completely

  ⭐ 1 Star I was disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald’s in Stafford. The manager, Sele Gutetaz, was not helpful. I ordered my food at the counter and received my drink, but she would not allow the employees to give me my food through the drive-thru, even though it was not busy and no customers were waiting. Other employees wanted to help, but she delayed my order and made the situation more difficult. As a manager, she should help customers and handle situations better.
