3 cars ordered ahead of me that arrived after me in the other lane and then when there were no more cars left my order was still not taken! What is the point of having more than one lane for orders if they’re only going to take orders from one side ! This has happened multiple times!

The grease they were using for the fries was extremely dark, and the fries I received looked the same, dark, greasy, and unappetizing. When I asked about it, they handed me another batch that looked just as bad and insisted they had “just come up.”
The manager came over with a very rude, snarky attitude and asked if I wanted new fries. I said yes. Instead of addressing the issue, she grabbed a fresh basket of frozen fries, dropped them in the fryer, and then pulled them out before the timer even went off clearly trying to make them look lighter. Even after all that, I still ended up with three large fries that tasted like old grease.
On top of that, the employee who originally handed me my food the one with pink in her hair called my number and immediately walked away. I said “excuse me” three times and was completely ignored. I finally tapped my empty cup on the counter, and they just stared at me. When I told the pink‑haired employee that she walked away before I could ask a question, she just stood there silently with no response at all.
The customer service and food quality were unacceptable. The employees clearly need retraining on both professionalism and basic service standards.
