    We’ve been to this location five times now, and this is the fourth time we’ve ordered food via mobile app. When they first opened, I understood the slow service and didn’t mind the wait. However, it’s been over a month now and we placed an order tonight at 7:50 p.m. We arrived at 7:55 p.m. and watched five cars drive up through the regular order line and two cars behind us in the mobile order line receive their food before we did. We ordered two chicken club sandwiches, and it was 8:12 p.m. when we finally received our order. This is probably the last time we visit this location. The one closer to Staples is much faster.

    I understand they are new so giving some grace to the delayed wait on food. I always order a yogurt parfait from other locations and never had taste issues. It has a “refrigerator” taste to it. I’m not sure if the yogurt is left exposed to other items in the fridge or what, but it definitely tasted off. All other food was as expected and the quality one would expect from Chick-fil-a

    Every single time I come to this location I have to wait ATLEAST 30 minutes in a drive way to get food. Imaging after a long day of work and you just want a quick bite, but you’re met with a 30 minute wait with only 4 cars ahead of you.

    I am so disappointed to write this, but this is the worst Chik Fil A food I've ever had ( new West Garrisonville location ). I will note that it was late, about 8:45, and I think they close at 9:00 p.m., but I also don't think it should matter if they're serving first thing in the morning, or last thing at night. They should always maintain the quality of the product. My fries were lukewarm ( BOX was hot, fries were not ), and the sandwich ( regular, plain chicken sandwich ) was obviously over warmed and slightly burnt to the point that it tasted off. I asked for a fresh order of fries, which they made, and I didn't discover how horrible the sandwich was until I got it home. Again, the packaging was very warm. This indicates to me that those products had been sitting in a warmer for who knows how long, and should never have been served. This food was expensive, and I didn't appreciate being served poor quality food. I would also appreciate it if the store would replace my meal. This is not a request for a "comp". I paid for my food in good faith, and did not receive what I paid for. Nearly TEN dollars wasted. It should be noted that window service was very disorganized, so I drove around, and went inside. There were only two customers in the dining area, and one was only working on a laptop, not eating. I will also note that the restaurant was very clean inside.

    I’m in town visiting family from New York, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A before. But this location, especially for being so new, was disappointing. It seemed like there simply weren’t enough employees working, and they had completely run out of mac and cheese. I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A run out of menu items before. Normally, I get my food quickly and the service is always excellent. I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru, and the employee I interacted with was very nice. However, I sat in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes with no explanation of what was going on. I eventually had to go inside myself just to find out they had run out of mac and cheese and that it would take another 30 minutes to make more. That was especially concerning because mac and cheese was part of my order. Overall, this location was a disappointment and marks my first-ever bad experience at Chick-fil-A, a restaurant I visit quite often.
