  Bdubs flavors are great, but they get the smallest wings possible. That’s my biggest complaint. This store has a good staff, they can get a little overwhelmed during a big game, but that’s to be expected.

  I’m disappointed because when you order take out the cashiers always have to check that each order gets its respective dipping sauce and this is the second time I don’t get any and I pay for it

  Take out was pretty good. Better than expected. Love the app combo. Brownie was just okay.

  Update from a low rate review IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, DON’T LEAVE THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT COUNTING YOUR WINGS. I still believe one should always verify the order even if that means opening and counting in front of staff. That being said the manager of this location reached out. He was very professional and understanding, not pretending to empathize but I could tell he did not like what happen, I am not even sure he was aware of this review and still went above and beyond to ensure this would not repeat. He did not reach out so I would remove or edit a comment which i rarely leave, but I would like to applaud his professionalism. I don't want to be disingenuous and delete my original comment, we must understand there is human error, accountability and making it right, all of these applied here and just wanted to clarify that even if this location can have something that fails it is under good leadership, just reach to the manager Tim. "I decided that today I would have a “cheat meal” for me and my friend. Had planned how many wings we would split of a 20 bone in order. Ate with moderation for the day accordingly, waiting for our dinner to indulge in something we were desiring. First many of the wings looked tiny, nothing like you’d expect at BWW’s, they looked like Dominos Pizza wings, this alone would have not made me come here to comment, but upon reaching my 8th wing I notice we were almost done and my friend, she had not had even finished her 4th wing and we only had 4 left. Meaning that they gave us 16 wings on a 20 wing order. That’s 20% short. I gathered all the bones and counted and took the picture I am uploading. Please note the place was empty, Sunday night no traffic, they can’t even say they were so busy they messed up, this had to be intentional. Beware, I don’t know if this is a company trick or location, but this was the Stafford location."

  Ava was my waitress today! She was awesome,patient and on top of our table. Clean place, food was hot and good.
