When I contacted the store I was informed that they could not provide a refund of the missing items. When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that I could not speak to him because he did not speak English. I will not be ordering from this wingstop in the future and I highly recommend nobody else does either.

He helped me quickly without making me feel rushed, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was perfect. His customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about every customer. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Everything came out quickly, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Mohammed’s positive attitude and dedication made my visit even better. Thank you, Mohammed, for making this such a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We assumed it was being remade or we would be called, but it never happened. When we asked, they were incredibly rude and made it seem like it was our fault that they gave our order to someone else. It was all the fault of the employees, yet the customers suffered. Do better.
