  Ordered the brisket chili, was very disappointed as I was expecting pieces of actual brisket in my chili. When it arrived, it appeared to be ground beef. I asked the weight staff and manager, and they explained that they ground up the brisket. I told them the name is misleading and they said they would suggest it. Also got the fries, they were hot but soggy. Will have to come back and give it another try

  I have passed up on trying this place for about a year as the reviews/score didn’t seem the best. Maybe they have improved since then or maybe people didn’t give a fair assessment back then. My family and I definitely enjoyed the food we tried! Items tried: pulled pork, prime brisket sandwich, chicken, baked potato with brisket and chili, classic backed potato, Mac and cheese, and cornbread. The chicken was very moist. Pulled pork and prime brisket also moist. Nothing we had was “bad.” Definitely will go back again.

  I just happened to find this new barbeque restaurant while doing an online search. We were pleasantly surprised to see how modern the restaurant is. I ordered the traditional beef brisket sandwich, and she ordered the prime brisket sandwich with a side of macaroni and cheese. They have several different types of barbeque sauces, and I chose the Kansas City sauce. The barbeque sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back again.

  Another Great American Restaurant. Service is so fast. Food is so good. We were later arriving than we wanted on Fathers Day, and they had run out of ribs about 20 minutes before we got there. While that was disappointing for the original tastebud desire, the pulled pork and chicken fulfilled the need for BBQ.

  True to the name the BBQ here is stupid good. They take the same care as with all the other great American restaurants like Mike's next door, but with laser focus on the classic BBQ experience. Everything I've had here has been amazing. The salads are tossed in their signature ranch just like at their other restaurants but with that BBQ pulled chicken mixed in. Really brings it up to a new level from their usual version. The smashed potatoes are also a fun twist on the normal baked potato side option. Get it with the chili! Oh and the mac and cheese is so good too, creamy fresh sauce that I wouldn't be surprised if it's made in house from scratch. Smiles all around the table from us! Come on by y'all and get you some, you won't be disappointed!
