  We ordered pizza and wings. It got here late, but that was no big deal. Traffic happens! I brought the order in and immediately smelled a mildew smell. The pizza boxes and wing boxes smelled so strongly of mildew. We tried to salvage the pizza by getting it out of the boxes, but the pizza smelled bad too. We threw the entire order out. I called, the guy said he didn't smell it on the boxes, and offered us nothing. But there is NO WAY they could not know. There must have been a leak there or something that penetrated the packaging. Almost 100 bucks down the drain. Really kind of awful experience all around. Sad because my kids are starving, and we needed a new pizza delivery place.

  Ordered chicken wings. Really bad, not cooked well, chewy like rubber. Manger was not polite when I called in to let her know. Would not recommend at all

  I’ve ordered from this Springfield Pizza Boli's many times now, and they consistently get the food right. Unlike the other location on Little River Turnpike in Alexandria, which usually skimps on the toppings. this Springfield spot does it right. Their toppings are always good and they don't get cheap with the portions. If you want a Pizza Boli's that actually makes great food every single time, I definitely recommend this location!

  We ordered pizza at 8:30 PM and had to wait until 9:25 PM. It was a very bad experience. The staff did not respond properly and were not attentive or fast. Waiting almost one hour for a pizza is unacceptable. You should compare your service standards and improve customer experience.

  Tried Pizza Boli’s in Springfield today and honestly had a great experience! 🍕🔥 We ordered 3 different pizzas:• Mixed Vegetable with Chicken• Pepperoni Pizza• Cheese Pizza All of them were fresh, hot, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The crust had a really nice texture, and the toppings were generous. The mixed vegetable chicken pizza was especially delicious — great balance of veggies and chicken with excellent flavor. The pepperoni pizza had a classic bold taste, and the cheese pizza was simple but perfectly made. The food quality, freshness, and overall taste were excellent. Service was smooth and the order came out just right. Definitely one of the better pizza spots in the Springfield area. Highly recommend if you’re craving halal-friendly pizza, wings, or comfort food. 👍🍕
