Moo Moo Cakes is located inside What the Chef, next to Navy Federal Credit Union. When you arrive, look for the SSC Deli sign outside the building. You can enter through the door to the right of the main entrance or through the main lobby. Once inside, you’ll find the Moo Moo Cakes freezer to the right of the cash register.
