    Drive thru is the slowest in the area! It doesn’t matter what time I go or how few cars are in line! I hate going to this location and will, sometimes, drive a little further to get my order faster. I hate sitting and waiting!!

    The new manager is so rude! They messed up my order this morning. When I got home I realized they didn’t put most of my order in the bag. I called the store and the manager was not helpful at all. He didn’t even offer an apology and he said I have to go back to the store. He didn’t accept to cancel my order and demanded I have to go back! When I got there he confronted me that why I didn’t check my food at the time of pick up! He asked to see my food to make sure what’s wrong. As if I was lying! This was my first time seeing such a rude manager at a McDonald’s store. I will never go back to this store.

    It was the worst customer service I've ever had. I made a mobile order to this location at 9:33:30pm and drove to drive thru to pick it up. First, it was take so long because the car in front of me was waiting to make his order thru the speaker for a while but no one served him until he got mad. Second, I talk thru the speaker that I had a mobile order code which was XY36 but the lady said there's no order with that code then the manager asked me again what's my code. He told me to come to the second window to get help. When I got to the window, I showed the manager my receipt with the code and pick up location , he looked at it and said there's no order in the system which he can't do anything. I asked him why it said come to this location to pick up in the app also it said I paid for the order but he kept saying no. My kids in the back was hungry so they're crying. I asked him what I have to do now he said he doesn't know. He said I have to order another one. He asked me again what I ordered I said I ordered large fries ( I wanted the Huntrx Meal but I mistaken ordered just a Large Huntrx fries) you know what he said to me when I said L fries?! He said "THAT'S IT ? ". I was like wow, I've never heard any manager of any stores said to customer with that attitude. So I went inside the store tried to make it right because this manager made me feel so bad. I showed him the receipt, I told him my kids crying wanting foods. He said there's nothing he can do unless I ordered another one. He showed me the screen with mobile orders then somehow my order from my phone showed canceled. I asked him did he cancel my order he said no and walked away. I told him this is how it works. This is not how you TREAT your customers. He's the manager of a store but he doesn't know how to do customer service. My family has been ordered McDonald at least 3 times a week. It wasn't about money it was about how he treated us. SHAME ON HIM!

    I visited a McDonald’s location today for lunch and ordered a fish sandwich meal. When I received my order, I noticed that there was no ketchup included in the bag. I politely asked the server for ketchup to have with my fries, and she informed me that there would be an additional charge of $0.70. I asked for clarification, as this was the first time I had encountered such a charge despite being a long-time McDonald’s customer. Unfortunately, the server was unable to provide an explanation and walked away. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and disappointing. I would appreciate clarification regarding this policy and hope for better customer service in the future.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. We specifically asked if the food was fresh before ordering, and they confidently said yes — which was clearly not true. The food we were given was cold and stale, like it had been sitting out for hours. When we went back to address it, there was no real accountability or effort to fix the issue. It’s extremely frustrating to be lied to and then served low-quality food (I know it’s McDonalds but there are way better McDonalds stores that serve higher quality food). If you can’t provide fresh food, be honest about it. Don’t mislead customers and take their money for something that isn’t even edible.
