  Stood in line for 15 minutes being ignored. Finally got our food but no straw. Took the rude employee with bad fake dread/braids & an attitude problem, 10 more minutes to full the dirty straw container up.

  Pesima atencion al cliente, el que toma la orden del drive nos grito, no anoto bien la orden, cuando le hicimos saber a la manager el resto de empleados fue tajante, pesimo servicio al cliente.

  Hoy fui a este mcdonald's y tienen una promoción de 6 dolares los desayunos de big breakfast y ellos me estaban cobrando casi 17 dolares y solo quería los 2 desayunos sin café solo lis desayunos nose porque en la pantalla dice 6 dolares el big breakfast y me cobran 17 dólares y ni cafe pedi que varvaridad esto fue en el drivetru

  Watched an employee use the rest room and not wash their hands on the way out, I want to believe he washed them in the back but I'm not sure so I'm a little suspicious of contamination.

  Went here today and this extremely rude employee who claims to be the “manager”decided to be rude to me so I was waiting during the drive-through and most times at this McDonald’s they only use one out of the two speakers in the front so I was sitting in front of the second speaker, unaware that they were using it today as they never do, and I realize that someone was speaking, and I rolled my window down and said “my bad didn’t know u guys were using this one” honestly they never use it so i assumed it was broken this was my first time ever seeing them use the second speaker but that’s beside the point after I said my bad this worker then proceeded to say “oh my god” with an attitude and also purposely acted like they couldn’t hear what I was ordering I then decided to roll my window up and cancel the order not giving my money to rude people!
