  Excellent food and outstanding customer service! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They came to our table several times to check how the food was and to see if we needed anything else, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear they care about their customers’ experience. Great service, great food, and a great overall atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Stopped by Hangry Joe’s (may 8th 2026) and had a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and really good. Everything tasted like it was made with care, and the quality definitely stood out. A special shoutout to Omar for his excellent customer service. He was a very kind and respectful gentleman, and he was especially nice to my husband. Those little interactions can make a big difference, and my husband truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality. Great food and great service…we’ll definitely be back! Thanks, Omar! 😊🍗🔥

  I came in at around 9:50ish and ordered inside, after 23 minutes passed I went up to the register to ask if my food would be done soon and the cashier went to ask, she came back and told me that my food was just starting to be made. At this point I’m a bit distracted but I assumed they were busy, waited another 20 minutes and at that time I was upset because they have 2 cooks in the back, people going in and out of the kitchen and just talking in the back. I got a refund but the employee told me wait 5 minutes and my food would be made and I could take it home. Waiting just for them to not have anything served to me. The only employee that was truly doing there job was the cashier, but I’m disappointed in how it took 20 minutes for them to realize I had a order just for them to say there making it and not have it ready after 40 minutes have passed. Please look through the camera footage at around 9:50ish - 10:40 and please if I could get compensation for this, I was hungry and pained $19 just to wait almost an hour just to not be served anything.

  Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Ate one fry and took one bite of the sandwich before throwing it away. They clearly haven't changed the oil in their fryers in a very long time. Tasted old and burnt. Not sure how they have such a high rating.
