  This was my first visit to Hangry Burger. My #3 burger with onion rings was delicious! At first I thought the food was a bit pricey; however, it is well worth it. Clearly they use quality ingredients and put care into preparation of the food. The young lady who greeted me was pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely return and share with my friends/family.

  One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. The chicken fingers were seasoned perfectly and I will order them next time. Fries were very good! The whole family of five were very pleased and talked about coming back. Interesting bar and ambience with the right crowd. Hospitality was exceptional!

  While spending time at the Springfield Mall, we were suddenly craving a burger. This local business had great reviews and we wanted to try something new. I ordered the double patty burger combo and opted for the spicy sauce. The burger was excellent. The fries were ok, they tasted on par with every other food establishment. The food was filling so I ended up not having room to try their wings. What really disappointed me about this visit was the constant AI slop littered throughout the dining area. Hiring a local designer, or asking fans to submit their attempts to be featured in store, would look so much nicer. AI-generated photos and flyers cheapen the look and take away from the vibe the establishment is going for.

  The Kidd family has been coming to Hangry Burger in Springfield for a while now, and it just keeps getting better. This place has become one of our reliable favorites. We have two gluten-free eaters and one dairy-free eater in our family, and the staff has always handled our allergies with total confidence and care. The menu is super accommodating and the consistency means everything when you’re dining out with food restrictions. The food is consistently great. Burgers, bowls, and chicken sandwiches—we’ve tried them all over multiple visits and they’re always packed with flavor, juicy, and well-executed. Nothing feels like a compromise just because of the modifications. And the drinks? Still killer every time. The environment is welcoming and fun, and the staff is genuinely awesome. Friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do. It makes every visit feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for solid burgers (or bowls or chicken sandwiches) with a team that truly understands allergy needs, Hangry Burger is the spot.   Sales alcohol! Okay, I am rewriting this based on the reply... I respectfully disagree with your characterization of what happened. First, I was never offered a refund. Had I been offered one, I would have gladly accepted it and NEVER eat at a place where alcohol is sold. I was not asked "Are you sure?" nor offered a refund or explaining that alcohol is served on the premises. If I had been given a clear choice at that moment, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. Maybe your website has it, so I do take the blame for not checking your website. Second, my review is not about the quality of the food or the amount I spent. It is about the contradiction of marketing a halal establishment while also operating a business that serves alcohol. From our theology those two concepts do not go hand in hand. Others may see it differently, but if you can reference an imam then I will withdraw my review and replace it with 5 stars. Please pick one, either halal food with halal environment or alcohol and alcoholic environment. I understand economy is tough and respect your decision. You are trying to capture both audience while violating the fundamental tenant of your faith, given you are a muslim, and normalizing something that is not to be normalized.. If you chose to go non-halal, I will also remove my review. Please do forgive me.
