  Absolutely awful experience at the Häagen-Dazs in Springfield Town Center. Easily one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences we’ve had. The couple directly in front of us was allowed to walk up to the ice cream display, choose what they wanted, and then pay. When it was our turn, the attitude completely changed. There were FOUR employees behind the counter, yet not a single one acknowledged us or offered to take our order. We were left standing there until we finally had to awkwardly walk up to the counter ourselves and try to get someone to help us. The entire time, we were met with rude looks and an obvious sense that we were not welcome. Tania G. was particularly rude. What really crossed the line was hearing her ask, “Did they pay?” referring to us while we were standing right there. The suspicion and stark difference in treatment compared with the customers immediately before us was glaring. The difference in how we were treated was impossible to ignore, and the entire interaction was insulting and unacceptable. We will not be returning.

  I came this Saturday to order a milkshake it was told that they do not serve milkshakes after 8:15. The shop is open until 9:00 p.m.There is nothing posted about milkshakes being unavailable at 8:15. I found that very unsatisfactory. I'm told that the manager is named Aslin but nobody would give me a number to make a call. Very disappointing.

  Estuve esperando en línea y al llegar a pedir la orden la encargada me dijo que ya habían cerrado pésima atención ya que era la última en la línea

  Muy malo la atención pedí una banana split y solo 2 pedazos de banano y nada de dulce la chica de hay muy mal educada no lo recomiendo es solo caro y malo
