This cake was from Giant’s catalog and the design, details, and overall appearance are COMPLETELY off. For the price I paid, I expected the cake to at least resemble the design I specifically requested. This was for a special occasion, and it was incredibly frustrating to receive something that looked so different from what I had ordered. Birthdays have been absolutely ruined! I’m only giving two stars to ensure this review does not get deleted. I’d like to give ZERO STARS! I would not recommend ordering a custom cake from this location if you’re expecting the finished product to match your requested design. Giant really needs to do a better job making sure custom cake orders are made according to what the customer actually requested!
