I had ONE cheeseburger mto, made me wait 30mins because they “didn’t see the ticket” not a crowded store. multiple orders before me came back incorrect. Plus my remade burger had a hair in the cheese.

The milkshakes are definitely over priced but the fries are the classic bag full. May not be 90's full but it still is more than most places. Customer service is just par. Don't expect anything more than your order getting taken and then maybe a missing item you'll have to remind them but they are friendly when they miss things and fix them

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
