  Haven't been here in years, but love these 🥯 bagels. I was planning to just get an everything bagel with butter and I saw this sign. This sandwich is the diggty bomb. Sweet w/a spicy kick. The reason for 3 * review is because two employees (male/female) were stuffing their face with food at the front counter. I'm all for employees getting to enjoy what the public loves, but not when you are the one preparing the food for the patrons. The short hair lady had on disposable gloves, but that doesn't do any good if you put food in your mouth, keep the same gloves on, & then prepare food for someone else. Bare minimum, have your snack, change your gloves, & then prepare the food. The tall slender young man wasn't wearing gloves and kept stuffing bacon in his mouth. It's a good thing I had already finished my entire sandwich before I saw this, but still......I don't want your DNA in my food. Not sanitary. Come on guys. Do better!

  I usually go to the one in Fairfax Main st. Came to this one since I was near by. The store looked filthy. Coffee dripping everywhere on the counter. The bagel I ordered did not look the same as it usually is. Will never be coming to this location again. At the Main st location they greet you and are super friendly here they all looked like they were hanging out behind the counter. No one was even attempting to clean up the counter. It was literally like day and night from store to store.

  Been coming to this location for a long time now but my last couple of visits ordering a bagel and cream cheese they have really really skimped on the cream cheese. Bagels themselves are really good but shameful for a bagel business to go this cheap serving their main product. Will find other options in future.

  Can't rate the food or atmosphere, but I stood at the counter for a few minutes and no employee came out or acknowledged any customers for multiple minutes. Could hear some chatter and laughing in the back, multiple people, so I just ended up leaving. Would have loved getting something but it's not worth the price + wait + no service.
