- MMMYSTIMay 9, 20261.0I’ve been ordering from this Chipotle for months and ever since the new staff replaced the old team, the experience has gone downhill. The portions are noticeably smaller even when asking for extra, and the customer service feels unfriendly compared to before. I asked one of the employees a simple question and got looked at like I was bothering them. The previous staff was always welcoming, respectful, and actually made customers feel appreciated. I used to enjoy coming here regularly, but lately it just hasn’t been the same.

- ADAlana DysonApr 18, 20261.0I would NOT recommend this Chipotle at all whatsoever. The customers especially the younger ones are often rude and will rush your orders down the line. If you get rushed and mess your order up it doesn’t matter if you turn right around and ask for a side of cheese they WILL charge you for it despite not having any in your bowl. Half of the workers on (Saturday’s opening shift) barely speak English & will have an attitude if you try to correct it. As someone who speaks fluent Spanish they WILL talk about you. Also, their portion sizes are small.
