I went to ask for a manager at the beginning I was as ignored by a lady that it was serving food. And I asked for a manager for a second time the same lady told another employee to check what I had on my hand and she agreed that it was possibly plastic and then the same lady who ignored me stepped up along with like 3 more employees and they were saying that was not plastic they were saying that it was something related with the corn but one the employee was telling them that no! That was not related to the corn. Long story short they didn’t do anything not even a single word of sorry what can we do for you. Very rude service I’ll definitely not recommend to visit that chipotle. My mistake for not taking a picture of the piece of plastic.

You walk into tables piled with trash, employees that don’t acknowledge you until you’re standing in front of them waiting for them to say something, and an overall uninviting atmosphere. When I order, there’s zero customer service and I feel I’m only annoying them by their demeanor. Once I get my food, the chips are ALWAYS stale and have ZERO salt. Don’t advertise salt on your chips if they’re just going to be bland cardboard. Then I see the reviews and seems every single customer has the same disappointing visit. Whole staff needs to be retrained.
