Not sure what the Operator Andrea is doing but my cashier on register: 2, Carmen at the drive-through told me my coffee creamer and sugar was in the back like he personally put it in there, but there was nothing! I went back again to get it and the new girl cashier Mantaz wasn’t much better. I told her my coffee was now cold and she just ignored me and gave me cream and sugar for my cold coffee. For some reason, the people in the store seemed distracted, or they couldn’t pay attention. When Carmen was filling my order. He was just more worried about talking to his female coworker. Hope they get their act together.

That’s kind of a big deal when it’s part of what makes the meal. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and things felt rushed. Food was fine overall, but the service and missing items took away from it.
