  Sometimes your employees look very tired. Are you sure you're giving them enough breaks? It's a very busy business, and respecting your employees' rights is very important for your customers as well.

  We've dined here a few times now. They are consistently delicious, with a nice variety of sammies and pastries. Friendly relaxing atmosphere that may be a little more noisy because of it's small size. 100% recommend.

  Cashier was excellent quick answered our questions regarding the drink options and differences. We had breakfast sandwiches both good. The pastry and cookie displays looked great. Very enticing. We took some home for later .

  AVOID AVOID AVOID. The food was sub par and over prices. Meat patties looked and tasted lime scrapple. Buns were sweaty and flat. The fries were burnt and practically crumbs. Half the family that are there today, including myself, got food poisoning. Will never step into ANY of these restaurant again.

  The only redeeming quality of this, my very first visit, to this establishment is that the coffee is wonderful. But then again it is Starbucks coffee. The lemon muffin that I ordered had so much lemon in it that I could barely eat half of the muffin before I puckered up. Otherwise, the atmosphere is totally unacceptable in that I thought I walked into a dance party. The horrible pop music that is obviously preferred by the young ladies who run this joint is so incredibly loud that I cannot even read my book nor hear myself think. I wanted a quiet moment to have a cup of coffee and a muffin prior to my 8 AM dental visit. And since I need three fillings and a crown, I definitely needed to relax. I never did have a quiet moment to myself nor to my thoughts, and I actually needed to go sit outside in order to enjoy this experience. I will not likely come back again. Let this be a lesson to all of you who run restaurants. We customers do not wish to spend our hard earned dollars experiencing a meal that is accompanied by ear blasting music that is deliberately designed to get us in and get us out. I know how it works because I have worked in the food service industry myself. When you want customers to stay only 5 to 10 minutes you blare obnoxious music and it gets the results that you want, but it will not get you my repeat business. This business also needs to consider its affirmative action DEI policies because every staff member that I observed working today was a person of color, not one person that was White is observed working at this location. On its face, this is blatantly racist since White people represent 32% of Springfield’s population and I saw absolutely 0% of your employees represented by the Caucasian persuasion. You’re hiring should reflect the same percentages as is evident in the Springfield population or are you simply running a DEI program here?
