  Cute place. Very generously sized biscuit sandwiches. Everything soaked in butter the southern way lol.

  I stopped by this morning for breakfast and was very impressed! I ordered the sticky bun, and it was absolutely delicious. It was soft, light, and had so many layers—almost like a croissant, but even airier. The only thing I would have preferred was a little more pecans and drizzle on top, but that is just my personal preference and definitely not a knock against them. I also picked up a chocolate chip cookie with walnuts, and it was great too. The cookie was soft and chewy, with plenty of walnuts in every bite. Overall, this was a wonderful breakfast choice. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and I will definitely be back!

  So far we have only had breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. The home fries are insanely delicious. I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Wife had the chicken biscuit.

  I’ve been coming to Best Buns in Springfield for a while now, and their order accuracy is usually 100%! Because they’re so reliable, I didn't check my bag before leaving and didn’t realize I was missing 1 of my 2 home fries until getting home. When I called, they were super apologetic and immediately offered to make it right. But since I was leaving for vacation the next day and rushing around, I didn't have time to go back before they closed. When I finally came in, Natalia at the register and the manager, Gabby, were incredible. They remade my home fries with zero pushback or attitude. They even mentioned doing it as a one-time courtesy given my delayed return, which I genuinely appreciated since most places would never be that accommodating! But all in all the service and food here is always consistent. You can't go wrong with anything you order here, but my absolute go-to for breakfast is the honey chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with home fries. Their burgers are also delicious and their sweet treats are fresh & tasty, too. I'll definitely keep coming back. Huge thanks again to Natalia and Gabby!

  I just witnessed the MOST DISGUSTING thing! After placing my order the two employees who were working the front counter proceeded to stand in the area to retrieve the orders, as they were standing and waiting I noticed them eating from a middle size silver bowl. Initially thinking it was something personal that they were sharing, UNTIL the gentlemen on the side of the grill, grabbed the bowl and dumped the fries in it. I then saw the girls shale the bowl, and then place fries in the brown paper bag for orders..I asked the young lady who had waited on me to come over, and I told her I saw them eating out of the bowl of fries and she said they're allowed to taste them. And I proceeded to say that wasn't sanitary and to cancel my order of fries ( which was my main reason for going there.) She had to get the Team Lead to cancel my order, so when the Lead came over she apologized repeatedly and said she would speak with the girls. I said yes she should do that AND toss the bowl of fries that they were continuing to serve. I didn't see them trash the bowl of fries, or trash those that they placed in the bags! It was only my second visit, but final based on this experience.
