    food was good, but didn't get what I ordered. Wanted fettuccini Alfredo with grilled shrimp. Got Chicken. too hungry and in a hurry to send it back. Dining room was 85 degrees at least. It was probably cooler in front of the brick oven. If I wanted the heat of the kitchen I would have cooked at home. Asked about bread twice. It finally showed up half way through our entres. I do not recommend this restaurant.

    I’m so sorry but I have to give this place one star. The food was 100% horrible. The vibe was sketchy. Old and broken booths and menus. Dim lighting. The waitress was lovely and I felt bad hurting her feelings but the food was horrible.

    My family and I had a wonderful experience, we were instantly seated and brought delicious appetizers. Throughout the night the best part of our experience was definitely our incredible server Elizabeth, she made sure our order came just as specified she was attentive for refills and we had a lovely conversation with her. The pizza was delicious and we were well satisfied with Bertuccis, definitely coming back and highly recommend it.

    Our group of 42 had a wonderful dining experience at Bertucci's Italian Restaurant! Upon arriving, Free warmly welcomed us and showed me where our group would be seated. The tables were already prepared with plates, cups of ice water, and baskets ready for their delicious homemade rolls. The organization and attention to detail made our arrival seamless. As soon as the students were seated, the staff began serving family-style salad and fresh bread. Drinks were promptly filled from pitchers, and the servers interacted with the students in a professional, friendly, and attentive manner, ensuring everyone's needs were met. The meal was fantastic! The family-style homemade pasta and wood-fired pizza were a huge hit with the students—they devoured every bite. To top it all off, everyone enjoyed a delicious chocolate chip cookie for dessert. At the adult table, Free went above and beyond, taking excellent care of the group and even surprising one of our adults with a special birthday dessert. That extra touch was greatly appreciated and made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you to Free and the entire Bertucci's team for your outstanding hospitality and service. You truly went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

    We placed an online, curbside order at 7:11pm on a Monday night. Online orders request a 28 minute wait time, so our order would be ready for pick up at 7:39pm. We arrived called into the restaurant TWICE before my husband had to go inside to request our food. We did not leave until at 8:11pm. We talked to someone twice, so we offered several opportunities for the staff to inform us that our order would actually take an hour to make (2 Chicken Parm and one kids pizza). So we had to ask for our carry out order three times before we got it, and when we asked for compensation for our time, the manager made excuses about the “kitchen slam” they experienced and offered to email us with corporate information to request a refund. Wondering how they could have made it right by refreshing our now warm drinks? Or offering a dessert? We also had a carryout order with 3 entrees and no silverware or napkins. Hard for travelers to take back to a hotel. The manager never emailed or followed up with us. So not only was the service terrible, this location has a manager with a lack of accountability and integrity. UPDATE: The owner of the restaurant generously compensated us and was gracious in accepting our feedback. I appreciate the response from upper management. Thank you.
