  Worse first time experience ever!!!! We arrived prior to a large group. First red flag switched 3 times. One seated us, one welcomed us and one brought us drinks. This is where our troubles began. We asked Joseph for our drink and placed our orders. Great drinks arrived. 10 mins later bread ok we are happy, 10 minutes later my salad and then nothing!! No checking on us, no entree, no refills no nothing! Then a large party of approximately 50 plus kids arrive and they had it all!! Mind you they arrived approximately 1 hour after us. We sat with nothing but bread and one salad!! I will NEVER visit again. We left throughly disappointed and unfulfilled!! Poor customer service and no one even noticed that we left. Don’t waste your time. Service is subpar!!

  I'm sure the pizza would have been good but they wanted to charge me for full toppings after telling me I could get a half and half. That is just unchecked greed. I stopped coming here years ago for some reason lost to time, but my boycott has been renewed by the experience today. I did not by anything. The employee was pleasant

  Management is completely incompetent and shouldn't be in management. Won't even talk with you to address issues, no staff to even take your order and they just leave you sitting waiting. Finally got service and was the most pathetic pepperoni pizza ever, had 4 pepperonis total on the pizza with some slices not having anything at all and the ones that did only had 1 pepperoni on them. Horrible place that was once great

  I went there with my family on mother's day. Everyone was so nice and they were trying their best but they were visibly short staffed and stressed out. They were only 2 waiters for the whole restaurant so we had to wait a really long time to order and get our food. As a company they really need to treat their emplyees better and staff better. Eventhough, the food is great. I am definitely not going back their.

  I took my mother and wife on the Mother’s Day with a reservation at 6:30pm. First we waited to be seated for 20 minutes and nobody came to greet us at the reception. I went inside and ask a waiter if someone is going to seat us and he said I will be right there in few minutes. Well minutes went by and I see behind 7 of us there were at least two more families of about 10 people waiting to be seated. So I went at the bar and ask who the manager is. One of the waitress points me to the manager. I spoke with the manager when are we going to be seated. He responded rather rudely by saying we don’t have any table. I said we have a reservation for 6:30 and it’s already close to 7:00 at least come out at the arrival area as a courtesy to tell the guests that we have a wait time of at least 30 minutes. He refused to understand what I was asking. By the way we had two 80 plus family members and my wife and I decided to leave and go somewhere else that evening. I will likely not coming back anytime soon. The restaurant may still have good food but lousy service now the way it was handled today.
