    If you haven’t been to Bertucci’s in a while. They have a renovated menu, and it’s great. I love the farmhouse salad. Always lots of veggies. Elizabeth served me today. And she was so fun and sweet. She treated me like family. Everytime I come I get warm friendly service. Please come eat here and support the lovely staff.

    Have only been to Bertucci's in Massachusetts, so was surprised to see one in Virginia. Of course, we had to stop and it was even better than I remembered!! Service was great and the pizza was even better. Highly recommend. Will be back while still visiting in Virginia, especially on Tuesdays while it's basically a 2 for 1 price! Thank you!

    Walked in to use the restroom and walked out! No need to eat when at a food establishment does not care about the cleanliness. The men’s room has a collection of boogers on the walls. Don’t dare change your child on the baby changing table. Looks like a homeless person has been utilizing that space. Caked filth and what appears to be dreadlocks stuck to the changing table. I cannot rate the food because there was no desire to eat here. NASTY!!

    Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant — Springfield, VA The food itself was actually really good, and I honestly wish I had tried the garlic knots because they looked tempting. That alone is enough to make me want to return and give them another chance. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. My sampler came out completely different from what I ordered, I never received any refills, and after asking multiple times for the dip that came with my order, I still never received it—yet I was still charged for it. What made it more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy.The portions made it well worth the price. Also, $14 for a Lemon Drop is tremendously overpriced for a mixed drink. Overall, the food has potential and tasted great, but the service definitely needs improvement. I’ll probably return for the food and to try those garlic knots, but I hope the service is much better next time, without tFood: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ | Service: ⭐

    This is my review for my first experience here. I honestly wish it was better. Our server seemed scared to speak to us, which confused my husband and I. She would just walk over and stand and stare at my husband and I without any hello, what would you like to order, do you need anymore time, etc. We had been waiting for around 40-50 minutes for our food to arrive, but nothing showed up. The server only ONCE walked up to our table and very quietly asked my husband if he wanted a refill and left quickly, without even telling us the update on our order. I was so upset at that point, that I just wanted to pay for our drinks and leave, since we were sitting with nothing besides our drinks and bread. My husband had gone up to ask to pay so we could leave, but the man he had spoken to got our waitresses attention and asked if the food was ready yet or not. She told the guy it was being prepared so we sat for another 10 minutes only to get our entree's. She came back after another 5-10 minutes to ask something, I couldn't hear her with how quietly she was deciding to speak, but my husband told her we were missing the pretzels for our appetizer. That took another 5-10 minutes to come out to our table. The manager wanted to make it up to us by sending us home with a free appetizer and desserts, but with our first experience, I will safely say that we will not be coming back. Kudos, though, to the manager for trying to rectify the situation.
