  I’m not usually the type of person to leave reviews, but after visiting this location numerous times hoping for a better experience, I felt like I had to share my experience. Unfortunately, each visit has been more disappointing than the last. The customer service is consistently poor. The staff rarely seem welcoming, there’s little to no interaction with customers, and even simple gestures like saying “thank you” or apologizing are often met with no acknowledgment. A smile or friendly attitude goes a long way, and it’s disappointing to consistently feel unwelcome. The portion sizes are hard to justify given the prices, and the overall attention to detail has noticeably declined. The employee preparing my food was carelessly tossing items around the counter, and my bowl nearly fell off before it was even handed to me. I understand that restaurant work can be fast-paced, but there were only two customers behind me, so there was no reason for such careless service. My family and I spend a significant amount of money at Chipotle, which makes experiences like this even more frustrating. I’ve continued to give this location chance after chance because I genuinely hoped things would improve, but after multiple disappointing visits, I can honestly say the customer service, professionalism, and overall experience have only gotten worse. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so that future customers have a better experience than my family and I have had.

  Great, friendly service upon arriving to the restaurant, even though we were asked to wait for a few minutes as the staff were already working on some mobile orders. Employees were promptly responsive to specific requests and preferences. Would highly recommend. Restaurant also looked clean and well-maintained, even at the end of the night when we arrived to pick up food.

  Just sad! The meat had no flavor, the rice had hard chunks, and the chips were stale! First and last time!

  Just dont go here. I've been to this location 3 times, first time I got a chicken bowl to go and I noticed the chicken and rice were mushy. I tried it again a few weeks back and got the steak bowl and the steak was too overcooked. I tried it again today and got another chicken bowl but when I tried it, there was a weird smell coming from it. Waste of money, will not be going back.
