  not gonna lie I don’t typically leave reviews, but when I do, I’m gonna be honest they’re always rude when I go here. I don’t know if they’re overwork or what, but I’m tired of it. I don’t come to this location because some of them people are rude and disrespectful to you and they’ll put two pieces of chicken on your plate. No shade

  Service is consistently slow and they are usually not properly stocked- whether it be napkins, drinks, or food. Great location but obviously poorly managed.

  To Chipotle Management, I'm writing to share some feedback about a recent visit my wife and I had at one of your locations. Unfortunately, the experience left a bad impression, primarily because of the cashier who handled our order — a young woman who was noticeably rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I understand that fast food is a high-pressure environment and that not every shift goes smoothly, but basic respect and courtesy toward customers should never be optional. We weren't asking for anything unusual — just to be treated like paying customers, and that didn't happen. I'd strongly encourage Chipotle to take a closer look at hiring practices and customer service training at the store level. The food and the brand are only part of the experience; the people representing Chipotle at the counter are what customers remember most. One bad interaction can undo a lot of goodwill, and it certainly did for us today. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hope the feedback is useful in improving the experience for other guests going forward.

  Ordered a veggie burrito and a regular chicken burrito. Last week I ordered a veggie burrito and there was a chunk of avocado seed in my food. I picked that out. I let that go. Tonight I got a nice big chunk of rotten avocado in my burrito which I will attach a picture. I contacted their customer service and they offered me a free meal instead of a refund that I requested for just the veggie burrito. I guess you can't get a refund anymore even if you're giving rotten food and I do mean literally rotten.

  This location is ran by kids and nasty.. went in the guy they had on the line kept touching his glasses and sweat off of his face while making peoples food .. then after rapping a burrito he flings something of of his gloves back into the food … i told the manager and she just is smirking as im telling her then she goes to address him and is laughing. Terrible location will never return.
