These were the rudest people I have experienced in a while. The shakes were pure liquid not thick at all and when I asked if they could be fixed I got nothing but attitude. Won't go back to this Sonic.

Horrible for sonic my strawberry lime maid was strawberries and carbonation that’s it then I when I pulled up there was 4 workers outside smoking and took 7 mins to take my order no other cars in the drive thru worst sonic ever … being what looks like a small town that their business prob comes from the highway mainly so u would think they would be up to par but sadly it’s disgusting

Waited over 20 minutes for a small order placed online on advance that was supposed to be ready upon arrival.

This specific location always has slow service so I typically steer away, but today I wanted a slushee so I decided to go. Eventually when I was able to get served there was a loud truck nearby which caused me to have to repeat my order a few times. So, I assume the young lady on the headset allowed someone else to assist because she couldn't hear. The second lady was rude and spoke in a an unwelcoming tone. The customer service here needs some improvement.
