    This location could do better it's in a prime traffic location so it has a lot of great potential only issue is the staff themselves could have a little more training.

    It’s Sonic, it’s nothing special. It was close and should have been quick. Waited a bit, but that’s normal for making it then. Part of our order was missing so we had to go back around and wait in line again.

    We arrived and ordered at 9:04. We were given a pickup time on the app of 9:10. At 9:37 we got about half our food delivered to the car. We ordered two burgers, two drinks, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, and a shake. We got two burgers, the mozzarella sticks, and the shake. When I finally found an employee to tell them I was missing food she told me that they cooked everything to order and we would have to wait longer or leave without it. Since we already paid we waited. Not sure why it wasn't 'cooked to order' when we ordered it. At 9:48 we finally got the rest of our order without a word of apology from the staff, she dropped it off at the car and practically ran inside. Avoid this place at all costs if you value customer service or your time. When I went to the door to inform them of the issue I also saw 3-4 employees leaning on the wall doing nothing while two employees ran everything on their own. Horrible management and staff besides the one actively running and the 'manager' who gave us our food after we told them what was missing.
