  Same issue as always. Ordered pick up(Since they always have trouble with delivering on their ETA and im only 3 minutes away) well same issue. Came to pick up at time its supposed to be ready. Not ready. Long drive thru line. Came inside. Same issue. A Couple of people waiting. No hello from manager she just looked at me and went to the back. Waited 5 minutes for the lady cutting pizza to help me. My order was placed but never made. They "forgot". While all this is going on not one worker went to the drive thru window to help those people out. They where honking and hitting the drive thru window. Bad management here. Whoever is running it at 830pm on 7/18/2026. Requested credit.

  First they wouldn't honor the Book It free pizza my son earned then we waited forever for our food and they got the order wrong then. When I went to correct order had to stand at conter forever while employees gossiped. One looked right at me said hi and went back to her conversation. Then I had to sit and wait for them to remake the order they screwed up. Drove half an hour to get my son his free pizza and didn't even get that. I'll drive an hour to Richmond next time. No reason for this terrible service. Oh and then they wanted to charge $1.50 for a tiny cup of sauce and went I complained they said it was home office not them, yet I was at a pizza hut 2 weeks ago and they gave me a box and 2 cups of sauce for bread sticks without my asking or charging me anything extra.

  Ordered a pizza for pick up two hours in advance. It took 30 minutes past the pick up time for the pizza to be ready. This has happened 3 times in a row.

  Pizza Hut done a great job!! Great customer service. Went in this morning (4th of July) Placed a large order 11 pizzas they got them out quick and each pizza was right. Great job. Staff was friendly helped me place order and made sure everything was correct!
