  Ordered a pizza for pick up two hours in advance. It took 30 minutes past the pick up time for the pizza to be ready. This has happened 3 times in a row.

  Pizza Hut done a great job!! Great customer service. Went in this morning (4th of July) Placed a large order 11 pizzas they got them out quick and each pizza was right. Great job. Staff was friendly helped me place order and made sure everything was correct!

  Ordered 3 pizzas. Ate a few slices and kids ate a few slices. My kids had to use the bathroom so I took them back. I was gone for about 5 minutes, came back and they threw all our food away (12 slices). They remade us the pizza and still charged us for it. will not be returning. Horrible service and horrible management

  Service is horrible.. KRYSTAL the front attendant was making boneless chicken with sauce. She did say, I’ll be with you. Ok.. cool. But, she continued to make 4 orders of boneless wings as customers were coming in. I asked her, are you almost finished? She replied STERNLY, I’ll be with you when I’m done!! Unprofessional behavior to the upmost. She then dilley dallied on other side of kitchen with 2 pizza boxes.. the other coworker stood there drinking out of her at home water bottle staring at my husband and me. Very uncomfortable and inappropriate behavior. Salad bar salad was brown and wilted. I won’t spend my money here ever again. Let’s try some more training and courteous customer service skills. 1 star is too much
