After being directed by the app to the drive-thru, rudely staff informes me to come inside, resulting in over a 45-minute wait for an 8-piece chicken dinner.Despite being fully staffed to handle the volume, the kitchen was entirely dysfunctional. The shift leader was visibly struggling to manage a crew of teenagers who deliberately ignored instructions, slacked off, and treated the rush as a prime opportunity to sabotage any form or mode of operation to serve rhe consumers needs. To make matters worse, the food quality was non-existent. The rice was severely undercooked and crunchy, and the salad was old and limp—the biscuits were the only acceptable part of the meal. To top it off the food handing gear was none existent, no gloves for hands or tongue to handle the chicken. Staff grooming themselves fixing hair lip gloss and un turn handled food items with not even a wash up between actions. It was literally the most unorganized situation in food service I've seen in some time. This location suffers from leadership, behavioral, and quality control issues that I hope upper management needs to address immediately. The shift leader should get a paid vacation and raise.

Cold in ice coffee means chilled, not watered down with too much ice😒. Biscuit was falling apart😒. Did not eat fallen pieces. Made with not measuring ingredients. Too much oil. Had not the added egg I paid extra for on biscuit. 😒 Bo rounds, I rarely order those good tasty taters bc they come like have been marinating in oil. I literally squeezed the oil out in my napkin. Take note: Gummy n Oily. Also if not browned I just don't eat them at all. That's at mostly all Bojangles, that's why I don't order them. On a good note I didn't see flour hand prints on the butt of employees. Bye✍️. .
