- LWLily WoodfinSep 24, 20262.0I ordered the my Hut box on the app which contained 10 wings total: 6 parm garlic and 4 sweet chili. When I got my order, we were missing two parm garlic, and the ones I did get had no sauce whatsoever. We pulled back to the window and politely asked for the two missing wings and sauce for them since the original order didn't have any. Without even looking at the wings, the worker stated "I put one scoop of sauce, which is also the amount we put on the 8pc, so you should see what those are like" I was prepared to show her that my wings had absolutely no sauce on them. Not just that the sauce soaked in, these were completely dry, but she never asked. I told her there really wasn't anything on them. She then made up for it by giving us our correct wing count, which shows by comparison in the pictures that the first order really had no sauce, a couple spots on the container maybe. We went home without sauce for the original 4pc. And of course they had no flavor when we tasted them, so I know the sauce wasnt just dried up. Overall the worker wasn't rude and did make it mostly right, but this location needs to do better with staffing, portions, and quality. Pizza hut is too expensive for the quality of food given and having to provide my own sauces at home. This is a company issue and not an employee one.
