Well, currently in the pick up order lane, waiting 10 more minutes than the pick up time. No one in the store and four employees were standing there hanging out. The food is always good, however, the service makes you not want to go there. Shame.

Came in excited to have a safe place to eat for my wife who suffers from a severe allergy to red meat called Alpha Gal Syndrome. For a place whose website boasts about allergy friendly menus and while many other locations are happy to accommodate, this location treats the allergy as a joke. We are extremely easy and kind when it comes to her condition because we understand not everywhere is a good fit for us to eat. However, the manager proceeds to say it will take over 30-40 minutes and then proceeds to smile and wink at her as if it is some kind of joke. Never will I support this location. You will be closed in no time and we will be glad to see you go.

All of the meats are cooked on the same grill. For an area flooded with cases of alpha gal and a corporate website that prides itself on transparency with allergens, this location will not last like the Moe’s before it. Some of you were wearing gloves to prevent cross contamination for the same population of individuals you just failed. I was so nice and asked very kindly to not be a problem. You were not busy at all and I asked for a piece of chicken to be cooked so I could safely eat and was told it would take 30-40 minutes simply because you didn’t want to do it. Then you have the audacity to wink at me like my life threatening allergy is a funny joke. I give this location 6 months tops.

Really awesome place to get a nice burrito and to fulfill your cheesy, mexican flavor cravings.
I got a burrito with black beans, brown rice, Adobo chicken, DOUBLE QUESO (regular queso and a very flavorful spicy queso) WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE, lettuce, spicy habenaro salsa, shredded cheese, tortilla chips in the burrito, and GUAC WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. I also got a large drink. I tipped 15% and my charge was about $18. To me, that's worth it for good ingredients and great service.
The lady that made my burrito let me know that the queso was free after I pointed at a cheese sauce next to the regular queso and asked "What's this?" She told me that it is a spicy queso. I'm a spicy food freak, so I really wanted it. But I was afraid it would cost extra. The lady asked me if I wanted it and that it was FREE, NO EXTRA CHARGE. Dude, this made my day. Not single but DOUBLE QUESO FOR FREE??? I'm definitely coming back! Give this place a shot.
The only thing I recommend or would like to see "improved" is the tortilla used for the burrito. I feel like it wasn't big enough, because to me, I dont think I got a lot of ingredients for my burrito. But the lady that made my burrito had an issue wrapping the burrito closed because the tortilla wasn't big enough. I also think that maybe the tortilla isn't durable enough for the wrapping, because it also tore just a little bit.
The atmosphere does feel like a warm fast food joint. Nothing crazy cool about the atmosphere, but that's alright because it doesnt need to be crazy.
