  Worst pizza ever , no sauce , extremely flat and half of each slice was rock hard with nothing on it

  My experience at this Pizza Hut was completely poor, the app worked perfect to order the pizza. When I arrived at my pickup time my pizza was not done which is not a problem if the workers were actually working. Things I've witnessed while I was standing waiting on my pizza was first unprofessional conversations being had around customers. Second was someone preparing Pizza who scratched his scalp then licked his fingers and placed pepperoni on someone's uncooked Pizza. I almost left without even getting my order because it was so disgusting inside of the store. Employees were complaining about how far they had to drive to work and not helping customers who are waiting to be helped. The best part of the meal was the bacon cheese bread. I would still give in a three out of five. The pizzas were undercooked when I specifically requested well done. The one pizza I requested cup pepperonis as well as regular pepperonis and sausage only came with pepperoni and sausage. The wings taste it like they were freezer burnt and then thrown into old grease and cooked. I assume the grease was old because I watched it smoking the entire time afraid the building was going to catch on fire. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone and this is my first and last time ever going there. I'm sure nothing will get done about this as I saw the same complaint several times on here months ago after the fact or I would have never stopped at this location. If we wouldn't have already ate part of our pizza after cooking it in our own oven when we got home I probably would have just called and asked for a refund but the manager seems so inappropriate while I was there taking people in the back to have conversations that I knew I wouldn't have gotten a refund anyway. I tried to add pictures of the catastrophic failure but for some reason Google is not amendable to the pictures I'm trying to add at this moment.

  Had a problem with mobile app that the clerk helped with. Great friendly service every time I go to this location. Always great, fresh ingredients on our pizzas.

  Made perfect taste was great, thin crust no cheese extra sauce. This was the best pizza ever. Usually, the extra sauce is missing but this time everything was correct , and tasty

  I ordered my pizza and cheese sticks on line. It said 15 minutes and would be done. I believe I got there before it the 15 minutes was up and my food was done and waiting on me to pick it up! I was in and out of the restaurant. Time service food and atmosphere was excellent!!! The parking was great too. The restaurant is plenty big enough for wheelchair access too. Overall my experience with Pizza Hut was pretty decent.
