Best McDonald's location i have been to. The food was double checked and sealed shut which was a nice touch, and they stay open later than other McDonald's in the close area

Same as yesterday! They screwed up my order again. And didnt give me the sauce I paid for. When I spent 20 minutes going back through the line to tell them, I had to sit at the window for what felt like eternity. When I said you also forgot my sauce again, the girl said the manager isn't here to refund what I paid for my tenders sauces. Said I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund. Are you freaking kidding me!?!?!? I will be contacting the better business bureau. Every day they screw something up!!!! Then tell us management isn't on site.. they need to be shut down

Whoever was working drive thru must have been high because they got 75% of our order wrong. It sounded like they had just woke up from a nap. Some days you go there and everything is good and then you get days that this one where they just goof off and screw up your order. I would demand a refund but they also failed to give us a receipt claimimg the printer wasn't working. One more screw up and I won't return and my next contact will be with corporate offices. As a former employee of McDonalds I'm absolutely amazed at this behavior from rhe employees there.

*** DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE!*** I just tried to order from mcdonalds delivery service (thru the MCdonalds app) and normally I don't typically use delivery but today it is very heated outside and our AC in our car isn't working so I tried delivery instead to give context. I get that sometimes mistakes happen, I have worked in retail/food service jobs and see it all the time so I don't mind a wait. I am also a business student so I study about service, managing customers and employees, and all that jazz (so I understand it can be difficult to manage). But the way my order was handled was inapproprate. I was told by my door dasher that the employess were not taking time to confirm order numbers or names, they just gave it to a person without confirming the number. Then they refused to re-make it. So basically they did not care who took the order and basically threw it out the window and it got stolen. Thankfully support was quick to resolve it - too quick if you ask me. So this has to happen often for this to just occur and for it to be solved under 30 mins. Also it isn't uncommon in many other food companies for a doordash to be stolen - so common sense is one of 3 things: to create a way to prevent theft/from someone taking the wrong order, allow employees to remake stolen orders (this would also prevent as much negligence among employees becuase they will be the ones who have to remake it), or to not use delivery as a company if it isn't managable. Clearly Mcdonalds does not care how your order is delivered or if it is correct (based on other reviews as well). All the company cares about is quick money. I have experienced better food quality, customer service, and overall customer experience at Burgerking and other similair establishments. McDonalds has the biggest reputation internationally and is the founder of fast food service and are very quick compares to other services - so they have what it takes to find a way to make sure front line employees give out the correct order or to even create their own delivery service that is not partnered with door dash and is handled differntly to help reduce waste and costs. Like something as simple as needing to type in a confirmation code into a tablet or their register or being able to re-make food is not that complicated for a famous international company. At this point it is just a lack of care for their customers or just rushing out orders - it is about money for them, it is no longer for their customers. At this rate your customers will find other options with competitors as competing franchises take time to improve their services in not only speed and quick conviences but also in order accuracy and overall service quality and customer experience. Speed is not everything and can affect other aspects of business negativly - do better mcdonalds.
