  Locals know what an amazing place this is and for those traveling through the Salem, Va area it is definitely worth stopping for. A family run Italian Restaurant with great service, incredible food, and an atmosphere where they treat you like a family friend. This was a 5 star experience for sure! We had the New England clam chowder. It took me by surprise how delicious it was. My wife and I shared the fresh bread with oil and pesto and marinara for dipping, along with a Caesar salad with the house dressing, and they were great. We shared the gnocchi with asiago and cream sauce and it was amazing! Soft, handmade gnocchi filled with asiago cheese and swimming in a creamy sauce, they were so good!! While we were talking with our waiter Antonio, who was fantastic and shared some great stories, he mentioned that the blueberry cheesecake was homemade by a family member. He recommended that we try it which we did and it was like none other that we have ever had. It was the perfect end to a wonderful meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! We can't wait to go back!

  Got delivery. Spent $18 on a calzone that had undercooked mushrooms and under 8 slices of pepperoni. Won’t be back. Very disappointed as I was very excited to try their food for the first time. ☹️

  Had the buffet today. The food is top notch here and the only buffet I’ve ever seen with stuffed shells. Everything was very tasty and flavorful, well stocked up with a very clean and friendly atmosphere. I will be back 😋

  We ordered several catering trays for a recent event. I don't know how anything was prepared - whether it was made fresh or reheated frozen. The half tray of chicken parm was very overcooked and tasteless. It looked like and had the texture of wood. Thin layer of cheese and not much sauce. The half tray of eggplant rolatini was disgusting. The only flavor was bitter. There was a generous amount of angel hair pasta that filled most of the pan. Very little sauce and no cheese. The half tray of meatballs and spaghetti was passable but also flavorless. Probably food service, bulk, frozen meatballs. Again, spaghetti filled most of the pan. Very little sauce, no cheese, no flavor. The garlic knots were very good, as were the cannoli. But it was not worth paying over $260 for. Most of it is in the trash. My guests politely ate token amounts of the entrees. Live and learn. Won't go there again
