- AHAutumn Hoke3 days ago1.0I’ve never left a review in my life but I door dashed a small Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos , a size mini blizzard arrived and I’m not even kidding when I say there wasn’t extra Oreos at all but instead half of my SMALL (mini ig) was just vanilla icecream, was so confused, it wasn’t even blended at the bottom at all, which ofc meant no Oreos down there either.

So went and ask them if they could look and see if any didn't have sprinkles bc im allergic to the sprinkles.. the guy not sure who he was but was really rude to me for asking that question and said that they don't make them without sprinkles.. when I told him a friend of mine got one without sprinkles he got made and said fine I will look.. the got back and said do u just want one.. I said yea. Well then he gorges just pull around to the window.. I mean omg.. u didn't have to be rude just for someone asking a question.. and on top of that they got the order wrong.. I asked for plain hamburger and got everything on it.. and then the fries taked like they been sitting for hours.. and couldn't even eat it.. the cupcake looked like they took the icing off and put whipped cream on it to cover it up.. all he had to do was tell me they didn't have one and I would have been okay with that but he was just to rude.. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK...

I mentioned it, and instead of fixing the mistake, I was told I could purchase the sauce for an additional $1.00. They also forgot my Diet Coke. Customer service was subpar, including the manager who was present. Overall, a disappointing experience.
