I understand its a holiday and restaurant business is stressful but to have poor customer service and to make a customer feel like a burden is absolutely ridiculous. Soon as I came in the atmosphere was off, wasn't greeted. Got 2 bowls than asked for a fountain drink. Went to get the drink and the ice wasn't working, I go to tell them and get responded back with "well it isn't working l" okay well than I do not want the drink, why would I want a warm drink? Lady than says "well I dont know how to refund you". Another lady rudely grabs the cup from me and goes to the back and fills up the cup with ice and hands me it. Just the whole visit today was terrible, the customer service was absolutely horrible. The workers seem clueless as crap and just shouldn't be employed honestly if this is how they treat people. Stress comes obviously with any job but if you're having that bad of a day than you need to leave or find another job period.

Young kid with long frizzy ponytail had the worst attitude after leaving us sitting at the window waiting for assistance. My wife was in the car and didn’t want an altercation so we pulled off.

Barbacoa was in fist- sized chunks. 1 star for the rice. 1 star for the one guy working to clean things while the others talked. The crew and manager should be embarrassed

The rice is undercooked relatively frequently. But seems to be getting better. Certainly outperforms the rest in our area.
