  I have been going to this location for 4 years and the past couple of times have been, for lack of better word, terrible. The last time I came my boyfriend and I ordered tacos and a quesadilla, but when we picked up our food they had given us both barely filled bowls with what we had wanted on our entrees, so it was clear that they had not mixed up orders but rather didn't read that we didn't order bowls. We got a refund for those entrees so I decided it wasn't worth it to leave a negative review. However, we ordered again today and the picture shown was what my boyfriend's bowl looked like. That brown, almost black, mush is "guacamole". This is disgusting and inedible. We would have been fine if we were just told that they were out of guac, but instead we were given this and sent on our way. I will not be coming back to this location unless I am ordering in person and can see what is given to me. This is very disappointing. Others have been told that they "have" to serve the guac like that, therefore, if this is coming from higher management something needs to be done because it is unhealthy and gross, which goes against what Chipotle claims to be their standards.

  Ordered a Veggie bowl- so the purpose would be the guac. they sent me a container of brown muck because they were angry I requested salad dressing. understandable but there is no option to purchase it. So on my original order, I rounded up. There’s no harm in requesting it. So I received my order without the correct amount of salsa, and instead they included 2 cups of cheese, so my bowl was basically a bowl of white rice and cheese and then this brown dirt that looked like it was supposed to be guacamole. I had never seen anything like it. Here is the photo. Then, I re-ordered an entire order just so I could get another side of guacamole. I paid 20$ for the second order of just guacamole. I called customer service and waited 1 hour to be able to speak to a human to share that I just wanted to ask of them if I could please recieve 1 spoonful of an avocado that was from this decade- but they refused to answer the phone and sent another brown cup of soiled, old avocado. I am sad. As a teacher after a full moth of school, spending over 50$ for a container of rice begging for a meal that wasn’t rotting— this is a crappy night. Thanks again for the purposeful inedible food and for the inaccessible,, nonexistent customer service. Your local teacher is 50$ poorer because she asked for a veggie bowl.

  Placed an order and paid by card, drove there and they could not find my order, then providing my first name, I received the wrong order, did not realize that until I got back home, drove there again, returning the incorrect order, but left my phone at home because I was not happy for the second drive back into town, without the confirmation number they could not check/confirm my order, seems to be my mistake in that the order was meant to be walk in to pickup versus Chipotle lane. I encourage you not to pay for food there until you get the right order.

  I just want to start by saying. Never in my life have I felt more disrespected by a manager of a fast food restaurant or any establishment in my entire life. I’m a chipotle lover at heart. Such a bad taste has been left in my mouth from this staff refusing to complete an order within business hours and then belittling me as a customer when I come in and request my order. So disappointed, I will not be returning after this experience. Very poor management, still have not received a refund after a request and assured that my money would be refunded, one week later and 3 phone calls to management. I have not received any support on securing my rather large orders refund.
