  When I pulled up in the drive through. Where the lane splits in two lanes to order. I was 2 cars back. This was around 2pm. It took 17mins to get a drink that was the wrong drink...lol. I had a 2 hour drive back to maryland and just wanted my drink. On top of that. I think they touched ice that fell out and toss it back in the cup. Crazy thing is I can believe it. The way all that came off at that McDonald's. Makes me not want to go to anyone ever again. Can't get that picture out of my head. Saying away from eating out. Cant even get something as simple as a drink.

  My fish sandwich & fries were good. The quarter pounder was dry. The chicken strips were good. The problem was not the food it was the service. They forgot to give us the French fries. Not friendly at all. You could tell that they did not want to be there!! Not the friendly faces that you are looking for! Very disappointed with the service!

  Was standing at the counter for 10 mins, nobody said anything. A door dasher walks in 5 mins later n gets assistance before me. Then the lady got an attitude with me once I spoke up. Customer service is dead.

  15 min wait for: Luke warm food, no sauces (although requested), buns that were hard, and lemonade that clearly had not had the syrup changed. All while employees leaned around and chatted. Busy? Not really. 5 people in the restaurant with 4 that already had food, one was just having a coffee. Drive through had 3 cars during my wait. I’ll never be back.

  Literally does not have drinks and hasn’t offered soda for a minimum of 2 weeks. They have zero drinks for sale, like none, lmaoo. They take forever and only ever have one person on the speaker so they have to go back and forth between speakers and stop taking orders until there’s no other cars in the drive through. Mess up simple orders consistently. I’ve gotten curbside on a warm cloudy day and the older lady who brought it out said that they shouldn’t have to bring food out when “the weather is like this” and it was just a normal spring day. The order takers are usually rude, minus the one guy with dreads, window people are usually nice though. Had sooo many bad experiences here but it’s the only one close to my house. They’ve given us other peoples orders like 3-4 times, consistently forget the sauce. Go weeks with no icecream or now drinks. I’m mainly leaving this review because they HAVE NO DRINKS?? Not even tea?? Management seems to be actually incompetent.
