  This place was awful the staff intentionally ignored us at the drive through window and when we were fed up of waiting for the order to be taken, we advanced to the Window and the lady at the window was rude. We just left angry and without food. That location sucks. If I had read the reviews, I would not had stopped at this location. I see it is a Recurrent complaint and management should take action mostly because there is a Arby’s close by and the service was fast and great.

  Ordered two mcdoubles and a large fry. . My wife got the same EVERYTHING was old and stale. I did not get the extra onion and pickles I requested. Reminds me why I stopped eating McDonald's.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. My order was missing items, and to make matters worse, no receipt was provided—thankfully I still have proof through my mobile app. The wait time was completely unacceptable—over 25 minutes just to receive my food. When I finally got my order, the chicken nuggets were undercooked, cold, and raw in the middle to the touch. This meal was for my kids, and now I’m seriously concerned about the risk of food poisoning. I expect a full refund for this experience, especially since problems like this seem to happen regularly at this location. I’ve given this restaurant multiple chances, hoping for improvement each time, but this visit was the final straw. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If you’re considering stopping here—even if you’re in a hurry—I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I left feeling sick and worried about my kids’ health, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Nothing will change with this location.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with this McDonald’s. Every time I come here, the service is incredibly slow—no matter the time of day. It feels like you’re always waiting way longer than you should for fast food. On top of that, they never answer their phone, which makes it frustrating if there’s an issue with your order or you need to ask a simple question. The food quality has also been consistently poor. Orders are often wrong, items are cold, and nothing ever tastes fresh. It’s frustrating to spend money and leave feeling like it wasn’t worth it at all. Overall, this location seriously needs improvement in both customer service and food quality. I wouldn’t recommend it unless things change.

  Worst McDonald's experience EVER!!! Bad service, filthy restaurant, bad food, no selection of soft drinks, dirty bathrooms, rude staff, poor management... I can go on if you like. Please do yourself a favor and keep driving. This is a terrible location. You can thank me later. And McDonald's Owner - don't bother telling me to go post my review to your link. You obviously don't care to read them or make any changes to your miserable franchise location.
