    Waited 5-10 minutes after guy in front of me ordered and drove off. Place was empty yet they did not ask to take my order. Should have just kept it woods there. Just go to a different Arby's if its what you want. I only went here because there is nothing in Ladysmith.

    Food service is super slow. For a fast food chain they ask me to park each time I order.

    Very slow all kids working there on this particular night . Couldn’t care less that we were waiting for a long time for our order . Very expensive for the small amount of food

    Sat in the drive through for over 10 mins no service, last time I'm coming to this place. Service is horrible and it's not the first time.
