  Definitely not “fast” food—over a full hour late to a DoorDash order. Should I just go ahead and book a hotel while I wait??? Oh, and to make matters much, much worse: while customers were waiting for their food (also over an hour late) several of them requested refunds. The manager denied every single refund, including one for an ER worker whose lunch break Wingstop had just wasted. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

  always struggling to get the order from the register to the back which is only 2 foot away. cashier is very avoidant when I go to the counter, has the personality of Patrick star from sponge bob. wait was supposed to be 10 mins, waited 40 mins and order was still wrong. no refund offered for order not being sent to the back and when it did get sent it got left. soda was flat and had no syrup. large ranch had ranch all on the outside causing a mess in my car. service is terrible, McDonald’s could do better.

  Can’t order from the app nothing but problems then, call to place the order and these clowns 🤡 aren’t excepting orders over the phone. Just ordered and been waiting here for over 45 minutes. Ordered tenders,2 boneless and 1 bone in wing and two orders fries not only did we get all bone in wings instead of the two orders of boneless wings we ordered instead we got all bone in. SMH 🤦‍♂️ & then to top it all of we got no ranch at all like we ordered. What a joke this place is I’ve been in the restaurant buisness for 14 + years and I get your new but yall need to get it together!!! Obviously yall have incompetent leadership and crew working for you guys. We honestly should have been given our order for free considering it wasn’t right and we waited for almost an hour. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

  Wings were amazing ordered habanero, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan. Was used to having them in Texas and very excited about getting them here in Roanoke, Virginia. Ignore a lot of of the negative reviews right now because people are upset because it takes them so long to get their order but again this is a new place in the area and the entire Roanoke community is going over here. Everyone get over yourself, try these wings out they’re amazing and a lot of the long wait times part is over. I placed my order for delivery on their website and got the wings within 20 minutes still hot. If you’re a phantom wings, give them a try you will not find better wings in the area.

  I was so excited to finally have a Wing-Stop in Roanoke. It was one of my usual spots back in FL. I walk in to order my normal, 10pc classic combo with mild, and lemon pepper mixed. I was told, by several people " We can't do that". Imagine. you cant make me a mild wing, and then sprinkle some lemon pepper on. I've been ordering this for years, from multiple locations. Imagine to have my excitement from finally getting one of my favorite restaurants come to Roanoke, Just to be told "We cant do that". What a joke
